Introduction
     The instrument uses the Hot Disk method, based on TPS technology, using a Hot Disk probe。advantage：
       1.Directly measuring heat propagation can save a lot of time；
     2.Will not be affected by contact thermal resistance like static method；
     3.No special sample preparation is required, only a relatively flat sample surface is required for solid materials. Different types of materials adopt different testing schemes and computational mathematical models, which have advantages such as fast measurement speed, wide applicability, and the ability to successfully avoid the influence of natural convection during the experimental process. The advantages of wide range of actual testing materials, wide range of thermal conductivity, simple sample processing, and fast testing speed are currently popular testing methods.

Various high and low temperature control boxes (-40~150 ℃) or test conditions under vacuum can be selected according to customer requirements. The contract stipulates that the cost will be calculated separately.

Probe diameter can be selected according to customer requirements: Φ 30mm, Φ 15mm, Φ 7.5mm, Φ 4mm or at the same time, as agreed in the contract, the cost will be calculated separately.

12. Various types of samples：

  12.1.Solid block or circular, square, or irregular samples do not require special preparation, only a relatively flat sample surface equipped with a dedicated sample clamping device.

  12.2.There are no special requirements for powder, paste, or liquid substances, and a dedicated sample testing box is provided. 

12.3.The thinner material (thickness 0.01-1mm) was tested using a dedicated testing plan and mathematical model.

   12.4.High thermal conductivity materials (100-500W) are tested using a dedicated testing plan and mathematical model.

   12.5.Thermal insulation materials (0.010-0.050W) shall be tested using a dedicated testing plan and mathematical model.

13.Using fully automated testing software, quickly and accurately analyze the experimental process parameters of the samples and output reports.
